Here at Vandermeulen Plumbing we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously, as well as our duty to service our customers. We are making every effort to ensure that we can continue to offer essential services safely to our community. Our number one priority is the health of our employees and customers. We are open and here to serve you. Currently, we are undertaking all regular plumbing services including repairs, renovations and new construction.
As plumbers, we have a responsibility to keep our community safe and sanitized. Plumbing is an essential service and we at Vandermeulen Plumbing will work hard through this outbreak with the proper precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and our employees.
Our employees will not shake your hand and will remain the recommended distance away. We ask that you or your tenants remain in a sperate room away from the plumber and if communication needs to be made it will be done over the phone. If you are in quarantine, please let us know before our arrival. We require that you stay in a closed room and leave the front door unlocked to allow the plumber entry. If communication is needed while we are on site it will be done over the phone.
Our plumbers will be using a new set of gloves upon entry into every location. Employees will use wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after entering each work location. Employees that have traveled or that show any of the symptoms of illness are remaining at home for two weeks as outlined by the government.
We are taking all necessary precautions very seriously because our goal is to keep our entire community safe.
